Scientific Committee for Vaccine Surveillance COVID-19 established
This Scientific Committee is a point of reference for the national health system in ensuring active surveillance regarding the safety of all Covid-19 vaccines to be used in Italy.
The Scientific Committee for the Surveillance of COVID-19 Vaccines (CSV-COVID19) aims to coordinate pharmacovigilance activities and collaborate on the COVID-19 outbreak vaccine plan, performing a strategic function of scientific support to the Italian Medicines Agency (AIFA), the Ministry of Health and the National Health Service (SSN).
